1. Who operates this website

2. Information processed when you visit
The WordPress site and hosting infrastructure may process IP addresses, request times, browser information, requested URLs, and security or error logs to deliver and protect the site. The theme does not create reader accounts, display a comment form, or collect payment information.
3. Contact enquiries
The contact form is initially disabled. When the operator enables it, it requests your name, email address, and message, along with an acknowledgement of this policy. It sends your enquiry through the configured WordPress email system to the public contact address. The theme does not save the message in a submissions database. 4. Spam and security controls
If the contact form is enabled, it uses a hidden field, submission timing, a WordPress nonce, and a short-lived rate limit. The rate-limit key is a salted hash derived from the connecting IP address, with a ten-minute expiry. The theme does not store a raw IP address in that rate-limit record. This does not describe or override the hosting provider’s separate request logs.
5. Newsletter
Newsletter subscription is initially disabled, and no email list provider is connected. If enabled later, the subscription form will submit the email address directly to the named provider’s public signup endpoint. 6. Cookies and optional analytics
The initial theme does not load Google Analytics, advertising scripts, or embedded Pinterest widgets. Cookie Settings can store your privacy choice in this browser for 180 days. If a GA4 identifier is configured later, the theme loads Google Analytics only after analytics consent. Update this policy and the Cookie Policy with the actual provider settings, identifiers, retention, and processing information before enabling it. See the Cookie Policy.
7. Sharing and third-party links
Hosting and email service providers may process information needed to operate the site. No advertising, affiliate tracking, or newsletter service is installed by the initial theme. Ordinary external links, including a Pinterest save link, take you to another service only when you choose to follow them. That service’s own practices apply there. Fonts and the initial fashion images are hosted with the site, rather than fetched from Google Fonts or an external image host by a visitor’s browser.
8. Retention and international processing
The operator must confirm the retention periods for hosting logs, enquiries, backups, and any future newsletter records. Records may be processed outside the visitor’s country depending on the providers chosen.
